Performance Guarantees
We provide guarantees using our own template or that of the Employer and can be on demand or conditional.

Tender/Bid Bonds
Where, as our clients you are required to submit a Bid bond, we provide such in order for Employer to have a favourable consideration of your Offer.

Performance Sureties
Our performance sureties are structured to ensure that our client's client is secured and assured in their business interaction. In the event our client is unable to fulfil his contractual obligation Prism Guarantees and Capital will step-in.

Letters of Intent (LOI)
We provide letters of intent to register our partnership and provision of guarantees to our clients when they submit their tenders or respond to Request for Proposals and Quotes.

Maintenance Guarantees/Bonds
Small and medium require a guarantee to assure the Employer of their ability to complete and carry the maintenance works for the required period.

Material Purchase Capital
We provide advance capital to small and medium construction companies to purchase construction material based on Bill of Quantities. Our multilateral agreement ensures that all partners reap on their investment. This is credit facility that is strictly in accordance with the National Credit Act.

Start-up Capital/ Site Establishment Capital)
To kick start the project, Prism Guarantees and Capital provides the much-needed start-up capital to commence works. This is a credit facility that is strictly in accordance with National Credit Act.

Retention guarantees/bond
Our retention guarantees are flexible and assist our clients to have access to much need cash flow for the fulfilment of contractual obligation.

Advance payment guarantees/bonds
For the benefit of both client and Employer, we provide advance payment guarantees to enable the contractors to start the project, or source long lead items /materials etc.
